Free to use. Pay when it saves you time.

Questions

Pricing questions.

Is the free tier a trial?

No. The keyboard and Sprint Shortcuts stay free. If shortcuts alone are all you need, you never have to pay us anything.

Why is AI priced separately from Pro?

Because AI actions cost money to run every time they are used and the rest of SprintText does not. Bundling them would mean charging everyone for a service most people would use occasionally. Keeping them separate also means you can have the fast, private keyboard with no cloud component at all.

What does the lifetime option cover?

$49.99 once covers SprintText Pro on your devices, permanently. It does not include SprintText AI, which is an ongoing service with ongoing costs and so is only offered as a subscription.

Will the price go up?

If prices change, existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at for as long as their subscription runs, and the App Store will ask you to approve any increase before it is applied. Lifetime means lifetime.

How do I cancel?

Through your Apple account, in Settings on your device, like any other App Store subscription. We do not put a retention flow in the way, because we cannot — Apple handles it.

Is there a student or accessibility discount?

If cost is the thing stopping you using SprintText, write to us. We would rather sort something out than lose you over the price.
